No vision for an employer. You will be as long as the project is there. One the project is gone, there is no backup plan. Company is good but you need to bargain. Proving you capabilities and assuming that your work speaks what you are, does not work in this company. Recognizing based on the work done is not part of this company. You need to strive for your own recognizance. Higher management and senior people are from ages in the same company, so lots of favoritism. Not a place for short time player.
