      Flexible management that truly cares about its employees, good benefits program, reasonable pay, good partnerships with larger companies. Small company feel with big company infrastructure.

      Cons

      Contract based, so unless there's a new position that comes open by being created with a new contract, not a lot of opportunity for growth.
