Pros
Many opportunities to learn Hindi, Punjabi and Farsi from one's co-workers and bosses. Can't think of anything else I would call a good reason to work there. Oh wait, you will probably never speak regularly to a manager unless you make a mistake. Within a day or two, the problem will be solved by you being fired.
Cons
Most consultants have to do 100% travel, but consultants aren't supplied company credit cards. I was told expenses would be paid within a week or two. Two reports from early October, 2010, still haven't been paid (Dec 1). There is almost zero onboarding for new staff, except for a policies pamphlet. There is little coordination on projects, and CIBER offers little strategic planning at the start, so good tactical people are wasted with no long-term goals for the customer. Everyone loses. When I have some investment money, I'll call a few pals at Ciber (though they probably won't be there) and ask which companies have the biggest implementations going. One year later, I will short that company's stock, and make millions. Ohh, I had three managers in less than a month.
