CIBER has the size that it could become an incredible company if they would get rid of all the old staff aug executives and bring in a whole new executive that had a clue how to build, run, and grow a consulting company.
Cons
CIBER is a staff aug company that was failing miserably so thought they would become a managed services consulting company. But all they did was change the reporting hierarchy. They have done nothing to become a consulting company. Daily, the executive management continues to show that they are still just a staff aug company.
