Lack of vision, no severance package - Anonymous employee Ciber Employee Review

Hired 3 months back, never seen my boss. Hired to build a practice, let go due to no pipeline before practice was build in Americas. No notice, no severance package when let go even if it's not your fault. HR said they can be reached out anytime if i have questions, left several messages, sent emails next day, no response.
