Pros
In my experience the environment is enjoyable, everyone is cool with each other, and management has always said as long as you are doing your job well they are not micromanaging. I believe that this has made everyone more inclined to complete our duties, make money, and go home vs. dreading going to work like in other restaurants.
Cons
Overall cons have been more of specific people/incidents vs. the organization as a whole. The only con is that you really need to work your way up with to-go, and if they tell you you're going to serve it's going to take awhile. They also never close until last second for hurricanes and things like that which is super frustrating as it is an evacuation zone.
