Enjoyable work, but poor leadership and pay issues - Anonymous employee Cielo Employee Review

Where do i start...executive leadership is the worst. No communication or transparency as they continue to fire workers month after month. Also pay is horrible. 2 years in a row now they have denied merit increases company wide. I've even heard of people getting promoted and not getting pay increases... They are relying solely on the fact that the market is horrible and people can't find new jobs. Dont work here if you can help it.
