Pros
Employee will be lured with joining bonus and good salary. Free meals and cab. Most of the people tend to leave the company in a year or two.
Cons
Legacy product with legacy technology. Ciena India centre's work culture is very poor. Senior employees tend to play politics and favour biasing. Architects are incompetent, Nepotism is prevalent here across all the teams. Even Director are indulged in such malpractices. Hire and Fire is the routine here. Variable part of the salary is distributed with the manager's consent. You need to lick manager's feet to get it.t HR team don't listen to employee's issues and only interested in hiring people for the commission.
