      Pros

      I really enjoy working here. I have learned a lot and met really awesome and brilliant people. You get to work with different technologies and you are allowed to contribute in any way that will help. Everyone listens to what others have to say and that is what work should be about. You also get to work from home which is really cool and nice. Also, every one in the building seem to have a very positive energy going and the bosses are very nice too.

      I do not have any cons, or at least there is nothing that I know of.

      Pros

      Great people who work well together across company silos. Good pay, especially with stock performing well.

      Cons

      Extremely low attrition (~2% annually) leaves a workforce that is very experienced at Ciena. Unfortunately, this means high resistance to change and low awareness of industry best practices. Low attrition also leads to minimal opportunities for job growth.
