Pros

The company has really become employee focused in the last few years. There is still a good way to go but they are making the strides to try to become a great place to work. Tripling in size over 3 years is a lot of change in itself and that growth is really exciting to be a part of. Strong management now, a great vision and the resources to accomplish what we want! The best of both worlds, you can have an impact bc the company is small-ish but they have the resources to get things done.

Cons

Like any midsized company that's growing, not everything can be fixed at once. There are still issues leftover from when it was a smaller underperforming org and they'll eventually be fixed...it's like turning a cruise ship, can't happen instantly. The benefits are getting better every year but there is still a way to go, they are competitive now but hopefully one day they'll be really "generous."

Pros

• Had a fantastic experience with Cinch Home Services throughout the entire hiring process. • HR screening was professional, communicative, and respectful of my time. • Multiple interview rounds were well-organized with no unnecessary delays or ghosting. • Every interviewer was engaged and reflected a genuinely positive company culture. • Walked away with an offer and an even stronger impression of Cinch as a great place to work.

Cons

I do not have anything negative

Pros

Incredible onboarding - seriously, I've bounced around a bunch of companies from major financial services to big tech and startups/SMBs in between, and I have NEVER seen anything like this. Firstly, HR genuinely cares about your experience. The system they built for all the onboarding materials and processes is outstanding; well structured, very professional, and extremely useful. Not only that, they spend 6+ hours with you hands-on rather than just dumping you into virtual trainings. Great, well-priced healthcare benefits. Better coverage and less money than what I had with past employers and from the private market. Fabulous culture - from what I've gathered so far. When you see work anniversaries over 20 years, that speaks volumes in today's world. There's even someone who's been here 35 YEARS, which you simply don't see in corporate America anymore. One of my direct reports has been here 13 years, and I can't tell you how valuable all this knowledge is. Beautiful offices and everyone has plenty of space. Another rarity is that they already understand the value of Product Management, so unlike other places, it doesn't feel like my team is constantly trying to prove why we should be here in the first place. Execs are very hands-on and available to you - the CCO was part of my introductory meetings, for example. This year's Newsweek rankings just came out, and I am not at all surprised to see Cinch win multiple awards, including this being one of the best places to work in the U.S.

Cons

I'd like to see Juneteenth be a company holiday, at least for salaried employees, if possible.
