Pros

Used to have lots of reasons to like the company but once they terminated the director of operations in SC the call center lost all morale, people who saw sense got out and they were all take and no give.

Cons

They are actively employing work from home people who don't get a decent salary or hours and no medical who are not trained sufficiently for the position. They have rows of unmanned cubicles because of this. The replacement boss showed no interest in his staff or their wellbeing and he has obviously been told by head office to make serious cuts in staff. They'll ask you in the height of the season to work overtime all the time but they don't show any thanks and their pathetic attempts at boosting morale like giving out raffle tickets for winning a small monetary prize doesn't cut it. They don't encourage REAL customer service they talk the talk but they don't walk the walk. It's all about the bottom dollar and whether they are making a profit.

Pros

• Had a fantastic experience with Cinch Home Services throughout the entire hiring process. • HR screening was professional, communicative, and respectful of my time. • Multiple interview rounds were well-organized with no unnecessary delays or ghosting. • Every interviewer was engaged and reflected a genuinely positive company culture. • Walked away with an offer and an even stronger impression of Cinch as a great place to work.

Cons

I do not have anything negative

Pros

Incredible onboarding - seriously, I've bounced around a bunch of companies from major financial services to big tech and startups/SMBs in between, and I have NEVER seen anything like this. Firstly, HR genuinely cares about your experience. The system they built for all the onboarding materials and processes is outstanding; well structured, very professional, and extremely useful. Not only that, they spend 6+ hours with you hands-on rather than just dumping you into virtual trainings. Great, well-priced healthcare benefits. Better coverage and less money than what I had with past employers and from the private market. Fabulous culture - from what I've gathered so far. When you see work anniversaries over 20 years, that speaks volumes in today's world. There's even someone who's been here 35 YEARS, which you simply don't see in corporate America anymore. One of my direct reports has been here 13 years, and I can't tell you how valuable all this knowledge is. Beautiful offices and everyone has plenty of space. Another rarity is that they already understand the value of Product Management, so unlike other places, it doesn't feel like my team is constantly trying to prove why we should be here in the first place. Execs are very hands-on and available to you - the CCO was part of my introductory meetings, for example. This year's Newsweek rankings just came out, and I am not at all surprised to see Cinch win multiple awards, including this being one of the best places to work in the U.S.

Cons

I'd like to see Juneteenth be a company holiday, at least for salaried employees, if possible.
