Pros

The benefits are amazing compared to other places to work. The insurance is great, the PTO well done. The research community shares ideas and collaborates freely. People truly love the place, and if you are into the corporate climate and feel good stuff, then this is a great place to work.

Cons

Parking is atrocious. The place is outgrowing the ability of senior management to follow through, which creates the need for more senior management, which creates more red tape and becomes more impersonal as well. At times, it feels as the protective services crew is policing employees more than they are protecting them.
