      "Stable", work is definitely not difficult.

      Cons

      Low pay, you're surrounded by people who don't do anything all day, no one really cares, processes are inefficient, its a highly political environment.

      Great benefits, nice to witness improvements to the City from the inside, supportive supervisors, great coworkers

      Cons

      Wish we had more remote work opportunities during the winter with the downtown streets becoming very difficult to safely navigate after heavy snowfall.
