Good for only gaining experience - Concession Cinemark Employee Review

Managers are like a cult and and not really working for the betterment of the company they're selfish. I took time off for graduation and prom and they punished me by not giving me shifts. If I complained about sexual harassment from other employees they punished me by not giving me shifts and ignoring my request to be placed in another station (usher, or concession, or Box) when the other person harassing me was also working.
