Pros
-Lots of downtime -Annual raises -Fairly easy, for the most part -Flexible scheduling -Some managers are very understanding and respectable
Cons
-Pay is $7.50/hr., meaning you may have to work double-shifts just to make ends meet. -Incompetent managers. -Working with trash, and sometimes bodily fluids. (You're an underpaid janitor, basically) -Poor life-work balance -Always getting short-staffed, and too much work to do for a small amount of employees -Customers are more rude than normal retail -Boring job -Just apply for a janitorial position. Same exact work for almost twice the pay
