Raises are based off of a review, and then it is based off of the percent of your review with the max being $0.25 in 6 months. So if you are the best employee they have ever seen, the biggest raise you can get is $0.25. If you get a 75% on your review then you get a $0.19 raise per hour. No one is ever given 100%. Every superior you have to call by Mr., Mrs. Miss. Ect. This is demoralizing and egotistical. There is a huge moral problem. Good employees are over worked and under appreciated, and burn out fast. Bad employees remain, and then get advanced.
