Pros
Workplace tends to be very casual. Hours can be flexible. Being floor staff at concessions allows for the opportunity to hone some ice breaker conversation skills when you interact with customers.
Cons
The only perk was a few occasional free movies and some free refreshments. Managers (not General Managers) usually are promoted from co-workers. This means that management will strongly depend on the co-worker's aptitude in said casual environment.
