Pros

Everyone here is connected, we are like one big family when we work together, and we all are there for each other when times are rushed and customers are difficult, this includes management. Also, you get free movies and that's pretty cool.

Cons

Minimum wage is not enough for the type of customers we have to handle on a daily basis, and definitely not enough for the busy holiday times. Not enough room to move up in the company, and if you do, it still isn't enough. We can't work over 26 hours anymore so it's difficult to live off of.

Pros

3 months training; team leads and supervisors support you during all the process (hiring, training, calls); the place is calm and organized; every month we have team meetings and individual feedback. We have promotions on our area, at least $1 dollar per year of salary increase. You need to pass with a 80% score on a yearly test, even after being hired. You can receive a $2,500 bonus if you are hired as a trilingual agent (Portuguese, Spanish and English).

Cons

It is a call center environment, so you need to be prepared to work under pressure in order to make things happen. But your coworkers are really supportive and trilingual or bilingual, mostly.
