Cool people that work there. Flexible hours. Same age people that work with you. Not the hardest of work to do.

Cons

The management teams are usually money hungry And have no respect for people. Only care about money.

Pros

3 months training; team leads and supervisors support you during all the process (hiring, training, calls); the place is calm and organized; every month we have team meetings and individual feedback. We have promotions on our area, at least $1 dollar per year of salary increase. You need to pass with a 80% score on a yearly test, even after being hired. You can receive a $2,500 bonus if you are hired as a trilingual agent (Portuguese, Spanish and English).

Cons

It is a call center environment, so you need to be prepared to work under pressure in order to make things happen. But your coworkers are really supportive and trilingual or bilingual, mostly.
