Pros

-Amazing benefits: 50%-75% off consessions, upto 5 free movie tickets(at employed location) +2(a season pass that can get you 1 ticket for yourself and 1 other) -Lax work enviroment (location dependant) -Flexible hours

Cons

-depending on location you will have either great staff to work with or staff that will refuse to work with you. -hours are dependent on how well the currently playing movies are doing. can result in alot of hour cutting if the "new movie" doesn't meet expected customer predictions. -late nights/ very early mornings, as a manager you can expect to be at work past midnight if closing or at earliest 7am if opening. (I have worked until 2am on some nights.)

Pros

3 months training; team leads and supervisors support you during all the process (hiring, training, calls); the place is calm and organized; every month we have team meetings and individual feedback. We have promotions on our area, at least $1 dollar per year of salary increase. You need to pass with a 80% score on a yearly test, even after being hired. You can receive a $2,500 bonus if you are hired as a trilingual agent (Portuguese, Spanish and English).

Cons

It is a call center environment, so you need to be prepared to work under pressure in order to make things happen. But your coworkers are really supportive and trilingual or bilingual, mostly.
