Pros
"One Big Team" mindset, great collaboration and communication between departments and teams. Compensation structure for CSEs was great. Sales strategy is more about "How can we a partner" instead of "How do I get you to buy more?"
Cons
Cint pushes the message "We're transparent, and we want to invest in your success and have you grow with us" but does not fully embrace this. Training is incomplete. Some functions of my role weren't communicated until a year in, due to being paired with only new/inexperienced Sales Directors. VP-level Sales gave conflicting direction and micromanages. They'd tell sales "be your client's partner and don't hard sell" but at the same time, they'd check revenue several times a day and interrogate you over why your clients aren't spending more. They'd also reassign lucrative established accounts to other Sales Directors, raise sales targets and expect the revenue to be replaced immediately. Questionable transparency from C-level leadership. During the initial COVID wave, the CEO held an all-hands with an encouraging message about the state of the company, then a few days later, laid off a number of full-time employees.
