Pros
The pros are far and few between to pick from, benefits were good and job security.
Cons
Poor management, when three people separated from the company in a week, we were left picking up the slack for 6/7 months before they even ATTEMPTED to hire new people. Condescending management, one sided towards the driver. I started out loving my job but poor management turned me to hate it
