Pros
Most locations have great leadership and have a great culture. They promote from within and have a family type atmosphere where everyone has the others back and help each other to succeed.
Cons
-The ones without the great culture at the leadership level are left on their own for too long and can implode losing a lot of good partners in the process before anything gets done about it. -They take spartan to a whole new level. Raises are very small and hard to come by. -New people are hired in at higher rates based on the current market value, leaving tenured employees making next to nothing and feeling battered and used. -Commissioned job targets are always moving and when you get it nailed down and start making money they change it again.
