Pros
High risk, high reward. You can make a lot of money and get a lot of great experience. The daily grind is the hardest I have ever experienced. They will always ask for more, more, more, but if you succeed, the sky is the limit.
Cons
Over tasking specifically in the Service Manager/Supervisor roles has gotten to a point that the Service Reps are suffering. The reps get much less face time and steering because the Managers/Supervisors are simply stretched too thin.
