      This company really tries to take care of its employees through its benefits and developmental opportunities.

      Cons

      Management not always on one accord. "Throw-You-Into-The-Lions-Den-Mentality" often with not the appropriate training.

      Pros

      The only pro is that they hire good coworkers, almost all are in their early 20s and great people.

      Cons

      No communication from upper management, little flexibility, fully in office, no sick days, poor pay.
