Your base pay is 16k. Even if you hit all your goals the base pay raise isn’t even enough to offset inflation. Get real and actually pay your employees better. You were expected to grow your route even during covid when many businesses were closed. They want you to push a new item to your customers every month. At the end of the day they’re not the most ethical company even though they tell you all the time ethics are the most important aspect of the business. At the end of the day they don’t care about their loyal customers and just see them as a dollar sign. Some people don’t get promoted bc upper management doesn’t want to lose their top tier SSRs
