Unethical sales practice- Misleading sales tactics and overcharges. Deep politic and favortisim High turnover Lack of trust in HR (confidentiality is not being practiced) HR reports back to GM after meeting. HR is more of a watchdog than a bridge to solve any issue. Cool-aid Culture. Being a loyalist is more important than job competency and performance. Internal communication propaganda. Focus on boasting positive news and not addressing the real issue ( lack of PPE during the pandemic and even employee death/suicide due to mental health issues were occurring without any sort of acknowledgment and remedy.)
