Pros

I was always busy. At the time that I was working there, Cintas was beginning or in the middle of expanding. They had the leads already in your desk in the morning encouraging you to be the sales specialist that set up the interviews to enable them to close on a sale.

Cons

Cintas did not pay anyone from the housekeepers to I am sure the Vice President of Cintas, any sort of money and benefits that a family could survive on. Unfortunately, I think that when the representative hired me and started telling me about the benefits, he told me I had to wait 90 days for them to begin. And, above all, an employee that thinks they are going to get the usual benefit package after waiting 90 days, when someone in your family becomes sick or you need medicine, dental work, even scarier, someone being hospitalized, the family will within about a months time, receive the "Benefits" in the mail. I mean that a bill demonstrating that you actually were paying about 85% of your insurance and all costs that unfortunately you just incurred. So, you in fact were never receiving benefits at Cintas, you were receiving lies and accumulation of bills. Hopefully, they didn't ruin your life.

Pros

4 day work week and informed training

Cons

As an SSR, you're responsible for a lot; customer complaints, product shortages, bill discrepancies, customers that are in your face yelling/swearing. You are expected to give out your personal cell and email. With the average SSR having over 100 weekly clients, that's a lot of phone calls and emails, while you're already working a busy and physical job. They also claim you can make all these different bonuses. A lot of those bonuses are very small and capped. While I was there, I witnessed SSR's purposely overcharge clients on invoices just so that they could hit their numbers to attain a bonus. I did not enjoy having to have the same conversation over and over with clients that were overcharged.
