Questionable / unethical practices. On one hand the corporate office preaches honesty and integrity, but at the location level they turn a blind eye to employees who make unethical or dishonest decisions because bonuses are heavily weighted to sales growth. Sales Reps and SSR's are not compensated with the customer's best intentions in mind. Sales reps get paid by how much product sticks in the account for 4 weeks, and the ramifications of those poor decisions are left to the Service team to clean up and enforce the contract. Major conflict between Service and Sales teams. Poor leadership at the location. Regularly encourage Service Reps to work through injuries due to being short staffed.
