Pros
I would say pay, but they were so behind in keeping up with the market they rushed out pay increases to avoid losing “partners.”
Cons
Little to no direction from Management, especially Supervisors who are as clueless as sloths crossing a street. No accountability from management when things go south, rather put blame on new “partners” or throw those who are not their favorites under the bus. Friendly HR who should know not to mingle with Management and take a professional approach to the job. Rhetoric that is deemed as harassment and belittling in meetings, people being ridiculed in front of their “partners.” Hypocrisy in being told not to be late, when in fact you have management coming in after “partners.” *Being told you should allow the Lord into your life, and your life will be better in the mornings coming into work by your Supervisor. Supervisor being clueless to a new employees start time, and seeking the help of a partner to tell them what the job consists of. Tenure employees being made fun of their age during “town hall meetings” by the Operations Manager. No respect for the elderly who have given countless years at Cintas. I can go on, this place is absolutely horrible. Worst place I’ve worked at, with the level of ignorance Management as a whole, possesses. Most people don’t last but for a few days, I lasted 7 months and each day was a disappointment.
