Pros
- Awesome culture - Great money if you actually put in the work - The sales training is amazing. Would highly recommend starting here and staying here for longer then a year because you'll learn so much about sales and hard work that will gear you up for other positions in the future - If you want to move up you'll get that opportunity quick if you put in the work and you're fit for the role.
Cons
Some reps can have it easier then others if they're in a better territory, and once you figure that out you can get annoyed. The selling part is the best, it's all the other dumb corporate stuff you have to do that takes away from the good stuff and essentially that's why people quit. There's also a lot of other competitors in your market so that's hard to deal with sometimes.
