Pros

Good hours and decent pay for the work Good supervisors that really try to help you out

Cons

Upper management does not know what they're doing . If you do not have a router, floater your days off will get constantly changed And everyone's was my supervisor. I hardly ever heard from management .Had no faith in management. Being compared to the other male drivers. Was eventually forced to resign was only asked two questions by my manager. How much can I lift and why wasn't I more outgoing.

Pros

4 day work week and informed training

Cons

As an SSR, you're responsible for a lot; customer complaints, product shortages, bill discrepancies, customers that are in your face yelling/swearing. You are expected to give out your personal cell and email. With the average SSR having over 100 weekly clients, that's a lot of phone calls and emails, while you're already working a busy and physical job. They also claim you can make all these different bonuses. A lot of those bonuses are very small and capped. While I was there, I witnessed SSR's purposely overcharge clients on invoices just so that they could hit their numbers to attain a bonus. I did not enjoy having to have the same conversation over and over with clients that were overcharged.
