Pros
Decent medical benefits. Some of the partners are hard workers that are enjoyable to work with.
Cons
For what the job is, the wages aren't high enough. No cutoff time for work schedule (work until job is finished). No communication from management unless it's negative. Tools to complete job in a timely manner are scarce and blame is shifted to those at the lowest level (loaders).
