Pros

- Work for the leading private-sector transportation infrastructure developer in the world - Intellectually challenging work - Very flat organization, a lot of exposure to senior management - Learn from the best - Work with intelligent and hard-working people - Great coworkers - Meaningful work

Cons

- Unstructured career path, ambitious people can get discouraged - Lack of meritocracy - Opportunities to move between roles/geographies but you need to be (very) patient - Compensation not in line with value added, highly educated and smart people solving complex problems should be paid accordingly - Life after Cintra? Not many good options in case you decide to leave, not many companies will value your experience

Pros

Great for learning about finance, especially FP&A. It's very interesting to see the behind-the-scenes process.

Cons

No cons, loved every part of this internship.

Pros

Interesting work with a variety of projects.

Cons

Thinly staffed push for growth without including all employees in the growth. In the United States the most successful companies with meaningful growth reward employees in the push for growth via stock options.
