Pros
Management sent some care packages filled with snacks and inside jokes to boost morale during the pandemic. The size of the company allows management to stay and keep up with most people in the company. If you like to play boardgames and video games in your free time, and are passionate about national security there are few places better to work than CT.
Cons
Working for a subcontractor has its drawbacks as you won't get the same rate as a prime and the prime is incentivized to make your life more difficult. Culture of the company is aligned with nerd culture and a slight air of smugness.
