I was terminated from Circa Resort & Casino under false allegations after filing a written complaint about workplace misconduct. During my time there, I observed management engaging in retaliatory behavior toward employees who raised concerns. My experience was unprofessional, damaging, and deeply disappointing. The company disputed my unemployment benefits for six weeks, but the claim was approved after they could not provide sufficient evidence to support their allegations. This reinforced my belief that my termination was unjustified. After nearly two years of employment, I can say that issues with workplace conduct and treatment of staff become apparent within the first months of working here. Management engages in retaliatory behavior. You are expected to pay anywhere from $50-60/monthly for parking outside of property. No employee-dining benefits, unless you bring your own food you will not be fed without paying. Incredibly expensive health insurance.
