      Pros

      I was so pleased with my employment here. From my hiring interview to my exit interview the process has been pleasant. I am transitioning to pursue the BCaBA certification. I appreciated administration and I’m exceptionally grateful for my BCBA (Kya Williams) and family placement. They made coming to work was easy and transitioning out really hard. I would and have recommended this company to a colleague.

      Cons

      I wish CCS utilized BCaBAs within the company but a two tier structure seems to be common in Georgia and is not specific to CCS.

      Pros

      Seeing our clients' growth and progression towards success everyday, the immense support us RBT's get from management, the recognition we get for what we do, amazing opportunities for growth, company events, and the Circle Care apparel.

      Cons

      Being burnt out at times and seeing our clients struggle at times.
