Typically, CPI training is not required and is therefore not paid for. If your BCBA required you to take it without our knowledge, please reach out to your hiring manager and we will take care of this. At Circle Care we strive for fair and competitive pay - which may be different case by case based on the therapist's experience, college degree and other factors. And of course, each client's copay amount is calculated individually based on their insurance plan coverage. In the meantime, know you're valued and appreciated!
