Pros

Quick to respond when I email with questions. Quickest process for hiring and training You can make your own schedule based on the cases you choose. They provide the training, if you’re not certified to be a behavior technician.

Cons

The only cons I can think of is not being paid for mileage, or if I client cancels or is on vacation, then I won’t get paid for it. But this is something explained during the interview so it wasn’t something I had to figure out on my own.

Being burnt out at times and seeing our clients struggle at times.
