Lots of tech debt. WAY behind on data management. Senior Management finds it hard to spend for technology - and when they do, they focus on external, have not built the internal technical structure and understanding needed. Management can be very scattered, knee jerk reactions. Need a longer term view. New CEO does have a more focused style which will help.
