This department is a disaster, RUN. Do NOT work here! High turnover, long hours, everyone is underpaid, no structured training. No standardized processes and broken, archaic IT/communication systems have created a high-stress culture of putting out fires 24/7. Heavy with gossip, very little true teamwork or camaraderie except to commiserate. Condescending, arrogant, verbally abusive, borderline bully managers and senior colleagues don’t listen to ideas or concerns and instead belittle people. Poorly under-qualified, under-developed and underpaid supervisors are held responsible for everything that goes wrong, and are completely burnt out. Blaming, shaming and finger pointing by management at the team when fuel “runouts” occur or proper customer service isn’t provided...bang your head against the wall and work another 12-hour day, but no one has a chance of succeeding, they’re set up to fail in this environment!
