Pros
There are few pros to speak of when dealing with this company. The job is unbelievably easy and, at least at my store, the managers are generally very outgoing and pleasant as people.
Cons
While the managers are pleasant people they are terrible at their jobs often no effectively communicating about issues before they arise. They would often text last minute telling me I needed to come in early because of a call in without even checking if it was possible for me. In addition unlike other companies they actually enforce their rules but so much so to a point of detriment, I've worked for many jobs and this is the only job I've ever been written up at. In the 3 months I worked there I received 4 write ups 2 of which occured due to th previously mentioned lack of effective communication
