Pay is horrible, revolving door has come off the hinges. single coverage at times there should be 2. Workload increases after being told, "We're making things easier for our workers." The pay does not match the amount of work they want from CSR's, this is the main reason we can not keep anyone. It's as if they purposely want people to leave. Thoughtless corporate changes that seriously does not make any sense. I wish I could have said something more positive, but I just don't see any of their actions as doing anything to get and keep employees. The employees don't feel appreciated. They take hours, which I understand, during slower periods. But never restore them when business increases. Corporate policies put so much stress on Market Manager and it sets off a trickle effect and ends up on the laps of the lowest paid employees. Absolutely no respect, I seriously don't think these corporate people have ever worked a store a dat in their lives, because they would know better.
