Pros

If you need a job here short term it's good. You get paid weekly. Holiday pay.

Cons

Manager likes to play favoritism. If you call in more than one time while you work here, your hours will decrease. If you request off with 7 days or longer in advance you may or may not hear back about it, but your hours will decrease. You will be the only one working after training and you will not be properly trained. You will be expected to do the work tasks of atleast 3 people, if you don't get it don't your hours decrease and you will deal with temper tantrums from the manager. Manager is highly inappropriate about her personal life. HR will not help you if you face issues. No breaks unless you can manage to make time between customers. The manager will lessen your hours to 0 to try and make you silent quit. Manager is prone to tantrums frequently. When holding staff meetings it is done on the sales floor so all customers can hear everything, including everyone's "mistakes." You will be expected to make work your life i.e. if you get a call during or after your shift to cover and you don't offer yourself for it, you will face discrimination, cut hours and horrid attitude.

Cons

Massive company. I worked a couple different roles from the “corporate” side, even if I was in stores a lot of the time. One thing I learned is that the “office” or “corporate” roles don’t really have a day off. Sure, it’s a Monday-Friday job but it’s like regardless of what you do there, you’re on call in some way but there isn’t any sort of incentive in return. You’re likely not going to get a sufficient work-life balance working here, because, again, someone is going to be calling or emailing you on the weekend or in the evening where either you have to handle it, or pass it onto someone else who can. Lack of thorough vetting has resulted in unqualified leadership with challenging management styles that hurt daily team morale.
