Pros

$0.20 off a gallon and %50 off of their brand stuff

Cons

This company does not care for their employees I would avoid working for circle k….. the pay isn’t enough to survive on and unless you are covering at another store there is no over time…… I lost literally every thing going to work for circle k… my car, my place to live due to not being able to pay rent , and I lost my storage with everything I owned , and you know I choose to stay which I should of just left I was even going and helping out at other stores and then one day I get pulled in to the office and fired for something that happened 3 months before “supposedly I refunded my self $5.49 back in dec “ mind you I got fired in march now at the time they were telling me about it and wanting me to explain I couldn’t because it had happen awhile ago… thinking about it now though what happen was I was workin grave yard and I was going to buy my 3 drinks that I normally get for my shift because I thought I had enough cash with what ever I had left on my card well turned out I didn’t have enough so I couldn’t pay the full amount so I refunded my self which I did make a note of it in my daily count sheet i even printed the rreceipt that way if there was a problem I can say I printed the receipt and it was in $10 (I didn’t know we are not supposed to refund ourselves I’ve had see multiple mangers and other Csrs do it so Didn’t think it was wrong ) but I get fired for theft for taking what was rightfully mine like y’all really could of kept the $5.49 if you wanted

Pros

The work environment is relaxed and low-stress, and the projects themselves are genuinely interesting and give you room to work on real, meaningful problems. Compensation is fair for the base role, and the day-to-day culture is easy to work within.

Cons

Growth opportunities within the company are limited, and it can be hard to see a clear path upward. Compensation, while fair, isn't very competitive compared to the market for similar data science roles, especially as skills develop. Projects are interesting but aren't closely tied to cutting-edge AI/ML work, so it's harder to build modern, in-demand technical skills here.
