Lots of perks, like employees discount, best the target bonus. Also contests where you can win money. Overall a good company.
Cons
Must do so many tasks in one day! The company keeps expecting more but giving less payroll to do it. Turn over is tremendously bad, we loose people so easily then you are expected to get all that done while you're alone in the store, it can make it very challenging, Unless you have had the honor of working at a gas station you just dont know. Leadership is to far removed from the business to make some of their decisions, for example we switched water companies for our cases of water, where there have been many problems, now we are heading back to Circle K water, it would have saved many headaches! It is the same with the nachos and cheese, had they listened we wouldn't have had to loose that ability over a year. I believe getting rid of the food captains is a mistake.
