Pros

Not much of a reviewer (mostly because I am too busy working really hard at this fast-paced startup), but had to chime in after seeing the reviews being posted by disgruntled, low-performing ex-employees. Incredibly impressed with this company - it is truly mission and values-driven and not just lip service. A tremendous and genuine amount of transparency is shared with full-time employees. Everything from salaries to future growth strategies and everything in between. This is a really tough and broken industry and this company is doing A LOT to make a real change in such a challenging space. Most impressive is that it is a company that is actually HIPAA compliant. If you know anything about early-stage, health tech startups, you'll know that most aren't. This company has strong, experienced founders that display an unwavering moral code and are committed to the patient experience and employee fairness. There are very rare qualities and experience with most VC-funded companies. On the flip-side clinically, Circle is doing great things to increase access to high-quality, evidence-based care across the nation especially within primary care and areas of medicine that are otherwise stigmatized and poorly managed. The HIPAA compliant app and homegrown EHR keep getting better and better. There's a lot of magic sauce at play mostly because of the dynamic and diverse backgrounds of its team members. The majority of the company leadership is made up of women and/or POC. It is a truly disruptive startup taking on an antiquated industry riddled with problems and inefficiencies. It's definitely not for the faint-of-heart looking for an easy payday. It's scrappy and best suited for people that thrive in varying degrees of ambiguity, get excited at pushing themselves outside of their comfort zones, take ownership of their personal growth, are looking for hardcore career growth opportunities, and are passionate about making a real impact within healthcare the U.S. and beyond.

Cons

A lot of balls in the air at all times make it challenging to reflect and celebrate major milestones and successes. We got the "work-hard" down, now we just need to get the "play-hard" moments up in the mix.

Pros

low home studio investment required. no one checks on you ever.

Cons

Do all these patients have ADHD and need amphetamines? The upper staff turned over entirely with no transparency. Requests for help are expected to be answered by other clinical staff.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate hearing from current and former team members, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve. We're glad to hear that onboarding was smooth and that our remote work model provided flexibility. At the same time, we're sorry to learn that your experience with communication, support, and organizational transparency did not meet your expectations. Over the past year, we have continued to evolve our leadership structure, clinical support resources, and communication practices as we scale. We recognize that periods of growth and change can create challenges, and we are committed to improving. We value the contributions of our team and are dedicated to building an environment where providers feel heard, supported, and connected to our mission of improving access to high-quality healthcare. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you continued success.
