Pros
Had to leave a review because I don't feel that the current reviews accurately reflect what it's like to work at Circle. Look, here's the thing. This company has grown an insane amount in the last few years and not everyone initially hired will be a good fit for that type of fast-paced growth. Because we do not sacrifice on patient care and quality of care, some of our doctors, PAs, nurses etc and patient care coordinators have to be let go when they do not deliver the necessary patient care. Notice that these are most, if not all, of the negative reviews so far. I can't speak for everyone, but personally this is the kindest group of people I have ever worked with. It's also one of the most fair environments I have ever worked in. We have transparent salaries and performance levels so those who are not meeting expectations can see that the high performers are making more than them. imo this is way better than having no idea what you could be making or what the next level looks like, but of course it isn't the best environment for people who get upset that others are making more.

Going through growing pains, hard to tell what is going on across different teams as all teams grow.
