Pros

The pay is good at the beginning but I'f you're ok with getting paid the same amount over 2 years

Cons

Too much work, they don't have any organization at all, the operations "manager" is never present for any inquiries is totally impossible to speak to someone in the management for any issues, there is no grow opportunity at all. They will never raise your salary or anything like that, there is not bonuses at all, not even in Christmas. They will fire you with no notice, they will just log you out of the system and then send you a email let ting you know you're terminated. Even if you work hard and excel in your duties they will promote someone else that just got hired.

Pros

low home studio investment required. no one checks on you ever.

Cons

Do all these patients have ADHD and need amphetamines? The upper staff turned over entirely with no transparency. Requests for help are expected to be answered by other clinical staff.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate hearing from current and former team members, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve. We're glad to hear that onboarding was smooth and that our remote work model provided flexibility. At the same time, we're sorry to learn that your experience with communication, support, and organizational transparency did not meet your expectations. Over the past year, we have continued to evolve our leadership structure, clinical support resources, and communication practices as we scale. We recognize that periods of growth and change can create challenges, and we are committed to improving. We value the contributions of our team and are dedicated to building an environment where providers feel heard, supported, and connected to our mission of improving access to high-quality healthcare. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you continued success.
