CEO has to go!! - Software Engineer Circle Medical Employee Review

Unfortunately, my experience with this CEO, George Favvas, has been overwhelmingly negative. Their leadership style is characterized by poor communication, lack of accountability, and a tendency to prioritize personal image over the success of the company. Decisions are often made impulsively, without clear strategy or consideration of long-term impact, leaving employees confused and undervalued. The CEO shows little regard for employee well-being, fostering a toxic work culture driven by fear and favoritism rather than collaboration and trust. Promises of transparency and growth are rarely followed through, resulting in high turnover and low morale. A CEO should inspire confidence, unite a team, and set a vision for the future. Unfortunately, this individual does the opposite—draining motivation and stifling innovation. Until major changes in leadership occur, I would not recommend this company as a place to work or invest in.
